LAWN INSTALLATION
Good top soil, the proper type of grass, and the right preparation are
important ingredients to establish a green and healthy lawn. Our lawns are
guaranteed. For this reason we use the newest techniques as well as top quality
materials. The versatility of a skid - steer with especialized attachments make
possible a smooth final grading and raking that no other equipment can offer.
This attachment provides a finely-groomed seedbed ready for planting. It has a
rotating drum that carries rocks and debris into its bucket while leaving the
soil ready for grass seed or sod.
The seed is broadcasted and covered with paper mulch and starter fertilizer to
assure not only erosion control but good soil contact and humidity. This new
product is weed free, enhances germination, requires no tackifier, no clean up
and it is biodegradable.
For overseedings and small areas we prefer using the slice-seeder. This machine
cuts the soil and drops the seed simultaneously. For best results the
slice-seeder is used in two directions.
